MethodsStudents doing field work at the instructor's business are required to show proficiency in industry standard global distribution system (GDS) software and cannot be given credit without demonstrating that proficiency. Students are directly observed by the instructor while they perform the tasks and their results are reviewed for accuracy. They are also asked to write an exit journal that assesses the student's understanding of the SLO's
