Planned Improvements | New software upgrade will be in effect January 2014. Lab instructors will sharpen their skills in an effort to keep up with the new trends in technology and be better prepared for students' questions and concerns. |

Details | We will be comparing our findings on the differences between Microsoft Office Suite 2010 and 2013 and sharing them with faculty, staff, and students. We will be observing how the CCSF community is adjusting to our new technology. |
Highlights | It is so necessary to keep up with the trends in technology. It is amazing what you can learn from your students if you listen whether or not you ask a question. |
