| Next Steps Planned | PLO#2: Students will utilize critical thinking skills and apply knowledge in a changing clinical environment. Students will be allowed by Clinical affiliates to observe/participate in simulation during the first year of their training rather than waiting for the 2nd year Starting Summer2013. Discussion of Simulation techniques will be started in RTT 71 Starting spring 2013. Program Effectiveness Measures #3: Students will successfully complete the program. In order to help the students understand the rigors of the program: Program Director will continue to conduct informational meetings 2 times per semester and Advising Sessions will be continued for RTT program applicants (who meet the prerequisite requirements). Encourage students to have all GE requirements (including English 1A and Math 60) complete BEFORE they start the program. All faculty will participate in early recognition and interventions for at risk students. |
